Integral flange is a kind of flange connection. It is also a kind of steel pipe flange with neck butt welding. The materials are carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and so on. Installation matters

 

1, before the installation of the valve, to confirm that the valve meets the design requirements and relevant standards.

2、When handling and installing the valve, beware of bumping and scratching accidents.

3, before installation, the internal pipeline should be cleaned to remove iron filings and other impurities, to prevent the valve sealing seat entrapment of foreign objects. In addition, the installation of the valve should be closed.

4, when lifting the valve operation. Valve should be lifted correctly in the designated lifting position, not to make the valve only in the case of local force lifting or traction.

5, in the installation of the valve, to confirm the media flow direction, installation form and handwheel position in accordance with the provisions.

6, flange connection valve installation. Valve and piping flange surface should be free of damage, scratches, etc., and keep clean. Especially when using metal gaskets (oval or octagonal cross-sections), the flange groove and the gasket should match, to be coated with red Dan to match the research to ensure that its sealing status is good. The perpendicularity of the flange surface on the piping and the centerline of the piping and the error of the flange bolt hole should be within the permissible value. Valve and piping centerline should be consistent before installation.
